Q: Who can access CNP INSUPASS?
A: To access the Insupass portal you need to hold a valid insurance policy with CNP CYPRIALIFE and CNP ASFALISTIKI, when you get access the service.

Q: What is the process of registering with the CNP INSUPASS?
A: On the CNP CYPRUS, CNP CYPRIALIFE and CNP ASFALISTIKI website, you will find at the top right corner of the page the button “Log in to Insupass”. Once you click on it you will be redirected at the dedicated page that will give access to subscribers to log in to the Insupass service and for non-subscribers the ability to apply for access via the “Online Sign Up”. 

You can register for Insupass via CNP CYPRIALIFE and CNP ASFALISTIKI mobile apps.

Q: What is required for the online sign up of new CNP INSUPASS subscribers?
A: Once you click on “Online Sign-Up” you will be redirected to the Sign Up page and you will have to complete your personal details, your mobile phone number and your email. You will have to follow the instructions on the page in order to gain your access codes. To complete the registration, you will receive an SMS for validation purposes.

Q: I forgot my username. What should I do?
Α: If this happens for the first time, you can follow the process indicated on the “online sign up of new clients” that is described above. Following the process, you will gain a new username and new password. If you have completed this process once, please contact our Customer Service Support Center:

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
Α: From the CNP INSUPASS “Log In page”, click on “I forgot my password” and follow the instructions and process as indicated on the webpage.

Q: I have changed my phone number or email. What should I do?

Q: I have issues with the webpage of Insupass. What should I do?
A: The webpage is compatible with the following browsers & Apps:

Q: I do not see all the insurance policies I hold with the CNP CYPRUS Group in CNP INSUPASS. What should I do?
Α: If you hold policies in both companies of the CNP CYPRUS Group, you should select “Clients Portal” on the company you have your policies.
