Access to the INSUPASS Customer Portal
In order to gain access to the INSUPASS customer portal as well as for the uninterrupted use of the service, the applicant / user must have a personal mobile phone number and be in possession of a mobile phone device.
In the event that during his subscription to the INSUPASS service, the user does not have access or has changed his personal mobile phone number that he has declared during his registration with the INSUPASS service, he must immediately inform CNP at the following telephone numbers:
