Fire Safety Open Day Event 25 April 2015

The headline event of the Fire Safety Week was the Fire Safety Open Day Event, held on Saturday April 25, at Kings Avenue Mall in Paphos. During the event various activities took place, with a live link with the CyBc Radio show «Kids In The Air», a firefighting exercise, exhibition of Fire Brigade vehicles and other equipment as well as activities for children. Fire extinguishers, symbolic gifts and informative material on fire safety handed out to shoppers.
The warm response and participation to the event, gave added strength to this effort. Information and prevention shield the concept of «Safety» and are the foundation for effective management of risks, such as fire.
