CNP ASFALISTIKI: Pancyprian Anniversary Conference 2023 "Shielding today... building tomorrow!"

"Shielding today... building tomorrow!" was the title of this year's Pan-Cypriot Conference of CNP ASFALISTIKI, which was held on March 29 in Ayia Napa. More than 300 participants, insurance agents of the Sales Network and Company’s executives had the opportunity to attend special presentations on the financial, insurance and technological sectors, as well as the results of a specialized survey with quantitative and qualitative characteristics. In the context of the Conference, the participants took part in a disruptive experiential training with the theme "City Build". The aim was to strengthen creativity and planning and highlight the power of collectiveness. The delegates enjoyed a unique experience full of excitement, where the values of teamwork, professionalism, empathy and cooperation were highlighted. Values that define the people of CNP ASFALISTIKI and are the foundations of the company's course where, for yet another year, it has been at the top of the general insurance industry in the country.

The particularly positive results of the Company for 2023 were presented to the delegates by the General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou, who expressed his warm thanks to the network and the Company's staff. He also analyzed the production data of the insurance industry in relation to the Company's results and stated that remaining in the first position of the General Insurance sector is a huge success which testifies that CNP ASFALISTIKI remains the first choice of the Cyprus market in its sector. After explaining the main challenges that the Company has to face in 2024, he analysed the management strategy which aims to further expand the Company's successful development.

The Sales and Business Support Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Charis N. Pastides, presented the productive results of the Company's Sales Network, stating that with the systematic, methodical, and productive work, the qualitative and quantitative targets set have been over-achieved. This, as he explained, stems from the goal-attention, passion, continuous effort, and professionalism that distinguish both the Sales Network and the Administrative Staff of the Company.

In the evening, a special ceremony took place where CNP ASFALISTIKI honored and awarded its top insurance agents who stood out with their impressive results in 2023. Results that reflect on the elements of confidence and trust for the Company's policyholders.
